It is with great sadness the I must inform you all that Lynda “Luna Moon Fae” has lost her battle with cancer and has moved on a different plain.

She died at 17:00 gmt with Steve at her side. Emma, Katie, Mat and my self were but minutes away with the rest of her family also on there way.

Lynda was in no pain at the end and just went to sleep.

Steve and the rest of the family would like to thank you all for the kind words that you have all been posting and we have all gathered much strength from them

When we have more details on when and where the funeral will be I will let you all know as I am sure that the ones of you that can will want to attend. I can t tell you much at the moment but from the brief that Lynda gave us it going to be...well interesting.

In the short term we will be taking OWR of the air until it returns just like the phoenix later this year.

We will leave the comments box up for a week or so for you all to use.

  5. I am deeply sorry to hear that Lynda has passed away. I really enjoyed meeting Lynda's when I used to visit Steve and family in Emsworth durings the 90s. I found Lynda to be a warm, gentle , loving person. I just hope there is a hgher place for all of us and its makes me value every day of my life

  10. Once again I offer my sincerest condolences and my thoughts are with all the family. I did not know Lynda “Luna Moon Fae” Sheppard personally, I only spoke to her via her online presence, I found her to be warm happy caring and spiritual, which leads me to my deep sad thought last night. “Luna Moon Fae” her chosen name decided it was time to leave us on the day/evening of the "SuperMoon" when the moon is at its closest to the earth this year.

    Im not a spirtitual man or religious man but the coincidence of her passing and her chosen name has left me wondering but I know one thing she was a small part of my life but now she will always be apart of my now & future for when I look up towards the moon I shall always remember her.

    Rest in Peace Luna Moon Fae, may your journeys from now be filled with more love & more light.

  12. I only met Luna a few times so didn't know her very well but she was clearly a kind and special person. This news is devastating but there is comfort knowing that she is in the other world now and in peace from the pain of her cancer. She will be an Angel now and the spirits have welcomed their sister, mother, daughter, friend with all the love she deserves. My thoughts go to her family and friends. Many Blessings, Piper.

    Bill this morning out here in Western Australia. Our hearts are with you back there . I only recieved an email
    two days ago from Bill telling us of the situation & that Lynda had a bit of time left then suddenly she has
    passed away . I would if I could have attended Lynda's Funeral but being so far away its difficult.
