Dear OWR Listeners

Here at One World Radio we make every effort to make sure that our station can be listened to by as many people as possible and in as many different ways as possible.

The site has been extensively tested on the following operating systems (OS).

Windows XP
Windows Vista
Windows 7

Unfortunately we are unable to test the site one any of the MAC OS. That said at least two of our presenters are using MACS to both record and broadcast there own shows and they have not any issues back to us.

The site has also been extensively tested on the following internet browsers running on a windows OS.

Internet Explorer 9
Google Chrome
Firefox Version 7

Unfortunately we are unable to test the site one any of the MAC web browsing software.

We have listened to all of the feedback that we have had from you (and it is much appreciated) on the site and on the ways that you can listen to us and we have currently put into place five different ways that you can tune into the station (this is more than any other station and we have looked into).

If you are using one of the Windows based OS listed above and also one of the internet browsers listed above then you you have the option of the following

1. The built in windows media player.
For this to work correctly you ideally need to have the latest version of your internet bowser and also the latest version of Flash player.
If you do not have these then you can go to our support page where you will find links to all of these. (Again no other internet radio site supplies this service).

2. You can click on one of the Three player icons below the media player window.
The three media players are
1. Windows Media Player (Download may be required)
2. Itunes (Download may be required)
3. Winamp (Download may be required)
If you do not have these then you can go to our support page where you will find links to all of these. (Again no other internet radio site supplies this service).

3. The built in Quick Time player that will work on both a Windows based OS and also a Mac based OS. (If you are using windows then you shouldn’t need this)
If you do not have these then you can go to our support page where you will find links to all of these. (Again no other internet radio site supplies this service).

If you are using a MAC based OS then you should be able to use options 2 and 3 above. Although 3 should be your best option as this is the media player that Apple use.
If you do not have these then you can go to our support page where you will find links to all of these. (Again no other internet radio site supplies this service).
From the testing that we have done if one of the three Internet browsers listed is missing what is called a plug-in then it will ask you if you want to download the plug-in and install it for you. IF it doesn't then please go to the support page to download it.

At this time this is the simplest and the best way that we can bring you OWR as we grow. As it stands at the moment our Web site supplier and written to us and told us that we are using the site in ways that they had never intended and that we are pushing the boundaries of what the site can do and that they are looking into ways of accommodating us as they are excited to see what we are doing.

We hope this goes some way to explaining to you all how you can tune into us at OWR.
